Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs.
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other interventions to maximize patient recovery.
- Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for home exercise and prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare providers.
- Deliver care to patients covered by Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, no-fault, worker’s compensation, and cash payment programs.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT).
- Active New York State Physical Therapy License (required).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with diverse payer sources preferred.
- New graduates welcome — training and mentorship provided.
