Clinical Medical Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Medical Assistant to join our multidisciplinary medical team. This is an exceptional opportunity for recent college graduates or soon-to-be graduates who plan to take a gap year before pursuing medical school, physician assistant programs, or other graduate-level healthcare education.
This role offers direct, hands-on clinical experience and exposure to multiple medical specialties — ideal for individuals seeking to strengthen their clinical acumen and gain meaningful patient care hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with patient care and procedures.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist with minor surgical and interventional procedures.
- Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and other clinical information.
- Support diagnostic and imaging processes (radiology, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, etc.).
- Coordinate patient flow, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in a pre-medical, biological, or health science-related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in medicine, physician assistant studies, or another advanced healthcare profession.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Previous clinical or volunteer experience is helpful but not required — training will be provided.
